XMA’s managed services is the all-round service for your printing and copying environment. Our managed print solutions are flexible and help to take the pain out of maintaining your devices for your IT managers.

Managed service agreements

Purchase or lease your equipment and then have a separate managed service agreement. This way you only pay for what you use and it gives you the greatest flexibility.

Ideal for education for instance as you aren’t paying maintenance on machines that are not in use during holiday periods.

There isn’t any minimum or maximum billing and therefore no penalties for not achieving a volume or for exceeding an agreed monthly volume.


Cost per click agreements

Have all of the hardware and maintenance cost rolled into an all inclusive click charge with a breakfix and parts managed service based on a flexible Cost per Click. Our engineers can take the strain which helps to free up the valuable time of your IT staff.

90% first time fix - our engineers will carry the right parts to enable them to fix your machine on their first visit 9 times out of 10 over your contract period.

A preventative procedure is carried out on every service visit. This ensures that not only is copy quality checked but the machine is cleaned and all fast wearing parts are checked and replaced as necessary, ensuring reliability and consistent high performance.
