XMA Managed Service
| XMA’s managed
service is the all-round service for your printing and copying environment. Our managed print
solutions are very flexible and help to take the pain out of maintaining your
printer or copier fleet for your IT managers. |
We offer a service on a cost per
click basis that covers all consumables, all breakfix, parts and maintenance
kits. It covers you for engineering support and preventative maintenance with
additional helpdesk support. We offer a variety of manufacturer’s brands on a
managed service– so if you are upgrading your print fleet or just expanding it
and need to increase your facilities, or if you just want to add colour
capability to your network, all you have to do is contact us. When you have
chosen your new equipment, we will set it up to work with your current systems.
We can provide different ways of helping
you own and maintain the fleet you require to cover all of your printing,
scanning and copying needs.
The
preferred method is to purchase or lease your equipment and then have a
separate managed service agreement. This way you only pay for what you use and
it gives you the greatest flexibility. If you are an education organization for
example you aren’t paying maintenance on machines that are not in use during
holiday periods. There isn’t any minimum or maximum billing and therefore not
penalties for not achieving a volume of for exceeding an agreed monthly volume.
However if an organisation would rather have all of
the hardware and maintenance cost rolled into an all inclusive click charge
then XMA can provide this. This type of agreement would be subject to agreed
volumes on a lease to defray all of the costs.
If an organisation has devolved consumables budgets
as is often the case within the “Public Sector” and it’s not possible for one
reason or another to get control of the consumables budget as a whole then XMA
can provide a breakfix and parts managed service only based on a flexible cost
per click. This helps to free up the valuable time of IT Staff to care for more
important matters within their organisation.

95% uptime - we will ensure that any new copier will be up and running on
average at least 95% of the time. We will also ensure a 90% first time fix -
our engineers will carry the right parts to enable them to fix your machine on
their first visit 9 times out of 10 over your contract period.
A minimum call
procedure is carried out at every service visit. This ensures that not only is
copy quality checked but the machine is cleaned and all high mortality parts
are checked and replaced as necessary, thus ensuring reliability and consistent
high performance.
XMA will provide
a service portal that can provide you with the flexibility of controlling your
own service requirements 24 hours a day on line.
