Xerox Print Services (XPS) is a set of tools and services that authorised Xerox Print Services providers like XMA can use to help their customers assess their existing printing environment, fine tune their printing networks for optimum performance, and manage their printing infrastructure. For our customers this results in lower print and copy costs, less IT support and increased office productivity.

Essentially Xerox and XMA can help take over an existing printer fleet rather than having to refresh with new equipment and manage the fleet over the course of up to 5 years.

Xerox also offers a solution which has environmental benefits.  Xerox's solid ink technology has the environmental benefits of reduced waste (no toner cartridges / drums / fusers to recycle) - estimated at 90% less than using a different manufacturer's laser printer.
