A qualified technical staff will build a profile of your current print estate over two visits to profile the use of your devices and what functionality is being used.
2. Stakeholder Workshop
Who needs what functionality?
What process can a device improve in your business?
What can still be used and so reduce capital expenditure?
3. Cost Of Ownership Analysis
Detailed cost of ownership data is produced . This is used to quantify the savings available from a new solution
4. Output Strategy
A strategy is individual to each customer; we advise on what is available, what works and what may be the result of any changes so you get a solution that fits.
5. Recommendations & Options Report
Our aim is to recommend the best fitting solution with the optimum cost. We don't take a 'slash and burn' approach where it is suggested everything is removed and start again, we re-use the machines we can and build an appropriate solution.
Important to remember - your organisation retains control of your print but you 'outsource' the risk.
